| Città del Mare offers its guests comfortable rooms, available in two categories to suit every need and budget. Superior: elegantly furnished and centrally located fully equipped with private facilities and shower, telephone, mini fridge, hair dryer, TV with satellite, air conditioning* and balcony or terrace. Air conditioning* is in operation on scheduled hours between mid June and mid September. All rooms face the sea directly but on occasions trees may partially obscure the view. Rooms are allocated after 14:00 hours on arrival and vacated by 10:00 hours on departure. Although we cannot guarantee that special requests or requirements will be met, we will endeavour to convey these to the Hotel. The noting of these requests, is to be made at the time of booking, but does not signify confirmation or compliance of the request. |

| Città del Mare boasts of three restaurants, each offering a different theme, local and international cuisine, free water and red or white wine, continental breakfast. “Belvedere” restaurant exclusively reserved for Superior Room Category: lunch and dinner serving menu of the day, waiter service and self service buffet. Beverages, other than house wine and water, are to be paid direct. Clients in Superior Category may also dine at “Le Isole” or at the “Grill”. Standard room category: “Le Isole” restaurant, meals are served in a buffet style, offering hot main course and cold buffet, including a variety of starters, cheese, salads, fruit, water and house wine or at “The Grill” restaurant (mid June to mid September), serving grilled meat and fish specialities together with starters, salads, cold vegetables, water and house wine. |

| Guests may enjoy numerous free facilities and entertainment. You are free to plan your day as you wish. The place is alive until the early hours of the morning. For the swimmer, the ‘Olympic pool’ – situated in the centre of the village. ‘Lago dei Fiori’ – a shallow pool with a magnificent view of the Gulf offers families with children the opportunity to relax. ‘Toboggan’ with three sets of chutes, leading to the pools/sea. Piscina del Golfo – three small pools on different levels with water jets and hydro-massage. Pontone – a rocky and sunbathing area. A sandy beach, located 5 km away from the hotel, is easily accessible by a free shuttle service. If you are the sporting type, you may participate in all the collective lessons offered, such as Tennis, Gymnastics, Aerobics, Step, Dancing, Archery, Windsurf, Canoe and Scuba Diving. 5 tennis courts (with the possibility of hiring rackets), Football pitch, Volleyball and Basket Ball pitch – N.B. – floodlit courts at a fee, 2 Bowls pitches, 18 hole Mini Golf and Fitness Centre. Recreative and friendly atmosphere, taken care of by the animation team are the Mini Club: for kids between 4 to 12 with a playing area, specifically equipped, and non-stop service for lunch from mid June to September and Young Club: for teenagers between 13 to 17 years and available from July to August. During the evening one can choose a quiet drink or watch the evening shows at the amphitheatre or in the piazza, organised by the Animation Equipe, a group of energetic and young people, who with the hilarious acts, games and songs, make sure everyone participates in the fun, bringing together an international audience. Finally, for the young and not so young, the discotheque until the early hours of the morning. |

If this is too tiring or you are the cultural type you can discover some authentic Sicilian culture, excursions are organised every day. You can see the influence of Arabic and Byzantine culture in Taormina, Monreale and Palermo, including many precious oriental elements, or a visit to the ancient ruins of Segesta and the still intact and enchanting medieval town of Erice. Unforgettable for a nature lover, is a visit to Mount Etna and its evolving eruptions. Shopping in Palermo and other flea markets.
